Hande Kazgan Kimdir?
Hande has been in QA world for over a decade. With a background in economics and experience in software and web applications testing, her passion is to work on process improvement focusing on improving efficiencies. Having worked in different environments and cultures, she found that Agile methodologies provide the most trusting and innovative working environment, gives a voice to each employee in the organization, creating much better results than others.
She started Quality Guild at CA Agile Central (formerly Rally Software) to create guidelines and agreements around critical quality and business problems with a bottom-up approach. She still works as Quality Architect at CA Agile Central.
